5 minutes before your appointment helps us ensure that no none is kept waiting – especially you!

OUR GUARANTEE

Savashair liability is limited as permitted under the Consumer Act. But, if you are not satisfied within a two-week period of your hair appointment, we guarantee we will redo your hair for free.

24-HOUR BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

As an independent South African-owned business, we thank you for your consideration of our 24-hour cancellation policy. Our booking policy doesn’t only protect our business but also affects our affordability and ensures fair treatment to all our clients. No-shows and last-minute cancellations mean that other clients cannot book into that timeand  interrupts the fluidity of the operational structure that help us deliver at the level we do.
24 hours notice is all we need! Messages left on Sundays or public holidays will only be regarded as lodged the morning of the next business day.
